1. Be familiar with ocean operation procedure and independent to deal with booking, trucking, cargo trail,etc..
2. Be able to assist with sales and ensure cargo deliver smoothly.
3. Be able to solve customer complains and special cases, and other tasks assigned.

1. At least 1-3 years of working experience in similar position of forwarding companies.
2. Good command of English, both oral and written, PC knowledge of Word, Excel and E-mail.
3. Careful, hard-working, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, customer focus.
4. Independent to solve problems with good and high-efficient methods.
